My proposal also includes a re-naming of the GAP area to Awesometown. I think you'll all agree that it rocks. I'm open to collaborating with Pepper on mall-accessible highway on-ramps:

So there's this design competition for "Reinventing Grand Army Plaza" in Brooklyn. I'm really fired up about it because design competitions are a great way to build public interest in a project, and sometimes they produce great results (Tribune Building in Chicago, for example).
I got so excited that I decided to share my entry with TUR. It's my own conceptual Photoshop rendering at the moment, but I think it can really go places.
